Erik L. Anderson
Licensed Funeral Director - E. Altamonte Chapel

Originally from New Hampshire, Erik established a funeral home in ‘68 in Altamonte Springs; merging his business with Baldwin Fairchild in ‘83. He’s a member of: Aircraft Owners & Pilots Assoc., Seaplane Pilots Assoc., American Yankee Grumman Aircraft Owners Assoc., Sunnyland Chapter of Antique & Classic Boat Society, & an Honorary Life Member of Toastmasters Int’l Chapter 3674, Winter Park. Erik is married & has two daughters.

Janna Baumann
Manager, Licensed Funeral Director - Ivanhoe Chapel

Janna received her Mortuary Science degree from St. Petersburg College in 2002. She completed her internship with Baldwin-Fairchild and has quickly worked her way into management. She is a member of the District Nine Disaster Assistance Team, Orlando Main Street-Ivanhoe Village and Leadership Orlando Class 81. Janna has lived in Central Florida most of her life and is a graduate of Lake Howell High School.

Connie Carlson
Manager, Licensed Funeral Director - Goldenrod Chapel

Connie received her Mortuary Science degree from North Hampton C.C. in Bethlehem, PA in 1995. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she moved to Florida after Mortuary School. Connie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Goldenrod Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Central Florida Funeral Directors Association & a former board member of the Central Florida Tissue Bank. She has two children & lives in Casselberry.

Julie C. Carlson
Licensed Funeral Director - Ivanhoe Chapel

Julie Craig Carlson is a 3rd generation Funeral Director from St. Augustine, FL where her family owns & operates Craig Funeral Home. She attended U.F., Gainesville & graduated from Gupton-Jones Mortuary College, Atlanta. Julie’s been a Funeral Director in Central FL for over 30 yrs. Past memberships include: President Pilot Club International, St. Augustine, PTA President, Rotary Club-Winter Park Chamber & Leadership Winter Park.

Vera Clark
Manager, Licensed Funeral Director - Conway & Pine Castle Chapels

Vera was born in Colombia, raised in Miami since she was 5 & moved to Hunter’s Creek in 1998, still there today. Vera’s husband, Ric, is a retired Funeral Director. Her son, Jesse is an Attorney in Orlando and Brett is a freshman in college. Vera is a member of the E. Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Business & Professional Women Association, St. John Vianney Catholic Church & a graduate of the Central Florida Political Leadership.

Mildred Dejesus
Licensed Funeral Director - East Altamonte Chapel

Originally from NY, Millie received a Bookkeeping Certificate from Baruch College in ‘81. She moved to Orlando in ‘87 & started in Collections with Baldwin-Fairchild’s Records Management Center. She received her degree in Funeral Service from Miami Dade C.C. in ‘96. She completed her internship with a sister company, Caballero Rivero Funeral Home in Miami & moved back to Central Florida to join the Baldwin staff in August 2006.

Paul Demos
Manager, Licensed Funeral Director - Oviedo Chapel

Paul received his A.S. degree in Funeral Service from Miami Dade Community College in 1971 but had begun working in funeral service at age 17. Paul has lived in the state most of his career. He is a Dale Carnegie Graduate and a member of the Florida Funeral Directors Assoc., member of Oviedo Rotary Club and a Leadership Seminole Alumni. Paul and his wife Carmen live in Longwood and have three grown children.

Michael L. Holland
General Manager, Licensed Funeral Director - Oaklawn Park Cemetery & Funeral Home

Mike has been a lifelong resident of Central Florida. After attending business classes at Lake Sumter C.C., Mike completed his degree in Mortuary Science graduating with honors from Gupton Jones College of Mortuary Science in ‘93. He became a great addition to the Baldwin team in ‘03. Mike serves as a City of Eustis Commissioner & Charter Review Commission, the Southern Baptist Missions Board & is an Alumni of Leadership Seminole.

Tracy Huggins
Director of Operations

Tracy received her degree from Miami-Dade Comm. College, graduated from Lake Brantley HS & has worked for Baldwin-Fairchild since 1990. Tracy is a Board Member of: The State Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services & FL Hospital Altamonte Foundation; Member of: The Rotary Club of Seminole County South, Executives Assoc. of Greater Orlando, The DAR, Leadership Seminole Alumni & First Christian Church Winter Park.

Christian Andrew Ingram
Licensed Funeral Director - West Altamonte Chapel

Andy received his Funeral Service Degree in 1998 from Pittsburg Institute of Mortuary Science. Born and raised in West Virginia, Andy returned to West Virginia and worked as a licensed funeral director until relocating to Orlando in October, 2006 when he joined the Baldwin team. Andy is married and he and his wife, Cheryl, have a daughter and live in Winter Springs, Florida.

Sally Kopke
Community Programs Director

Sally Kopke is a Mental Health Counselor and has served as Community Outreach Director for Baldwin-Fairchild since 1988. She offers a variety of educational seminars for professionals and the community at large as well as coordinates Baldwin’s annual special events; ie Memorial Day Service, Christmas Candle Lights, Clergy Appreciation. Sally and her husband Vic have two grown children and reside in Winter Park.

Kara Mitchell
Manager, Licensed Funeral Director - Apopka Chapel

Kara Mitchell is the manager of the Apopka Chapel. She started in 2002 and has worked in our Care Center on the receiving team and as an embalmer, then as a funeral director at the W. Altamonte Chapel. She has a bachelors of Science degree from UCF and a mortuary degree from St. Petersburg College. Kara and her husband Brian live in Seminole county and attend Northland Community Church. She is an alumnus of Leadership Seminole.

Christopher Neal
Licensed Funeral Director - Oaklawn Park Funeral Home

Chris graduated in ‘83 from Gupton-Jones Mortuary College in Atlanta, GA. He began his funeral service career answering phones at a local funeral home. As a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, Chris received the prestigious Pinnacle Award in 2002 & 2003. He is a member of the Sanford Chamber of Commerce & Past President of the Sanford Cemetery Board. He lives in Lake Mary & spends his off hours golfing & surfing.

Jacqueline O'Donnell
Licensed Funeral Director - Pine Castle Chapel

Jacque was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana and received her Funeral Service Degree from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Sciences in 1993. She joined Baldwin Fairchild last year in 2010 and is currently serving families in the Pine Castle/Conway area. She has been a resident of Winter Park area since 1998. Jacque is married to her husband Mike and they live with their three dogs.

Rich Owens
Licensed Funeral Director - Goldenrod Chapel

Rich was born in upstate New York and has been a licensed Funeral Director since 1984. Rich graduated from Simmons School of Mortuary Science in Syracuse, NY. He came to Orlando in 1995 from Rochester. In his spare time, Rich is an amateur genealogist, tracing parts of his family back to the 1600’s. He also enjoys reading, and bicycling. Rich is very knowledgeable of the area, clergy groups and the local organizations.

Frank Scarlata
Manager, Licensed Funeral Director - Winter Garden Chapel

Originally graduating from Broward County Fire Academy & the EMT program, Frank transitioned into Funeral Service after being severely injured in a structure fire. He received his Funeral Service Degree from Miami Dade C.C. in ‘87. He joined Baldwin-Fairchild in ‘90 & has served as Manager of the Winter Garden Chapel since 2001. He’s an active member of both the West Orange Chamber of Commerce & the West Orange Kiwanis Club.

Liam Smith
Managing Director, Care Center

Residing in Ocoee, Liam Smith graduated from Gupton-Jones College in Atlanta, class 0f 97. He began his internship with Baldwin-Fairchild upon graduation and was promoted to Care Center Manager in 2000. Liam has been an active member of FEMORS (Florida Emergency Mortuary Operations Response System) serving on the DPMU (Disaster Portable Morgue Unit) since 2003.
